Putting on the show of a lifetime

Coaching Approach

The outer arc represents our trade and craft in the world. The way we define ourselves when somebody asks, "What do you do?" If you're looking for guidance in your career, how to earn your keep, or finances, we can develop a plan together to find fulfillment in your work and for your bank account.

As we grow, we begin to notice there's so much more to our true self than our career. Inner arc work represents how we find fulfillment in the world through purpose, meaning, and giving back. It's all about what brings you true pleasure from being in service to others and giving your greatest gifts.

On the X-Axis, we find our past. The events in early life that shaped our personalities, beliefs, and coping skills. This work involves unpacking our traumas, pains, and short-comings. It's tough work, but the healing trickles down to our lives, career, friends, family, and community. Thus, making it worthwhile to you and everyone in your life.

Being a human is a bit strange. There's a slight tension we all feel while wondering, "What's going on? Why are we here?" When we build a spiritual practice many of life's challenges start to become depersonalized. Y-Axis work breaks down the illusion of being isolated and separated in this world. Giving us the opportunity to experience ourselves and our lives through a lens of wholeness.

About The Fourth Wall

The Fourth Wall represents a physical proscenium arch of a stage. It's a demarcation point between the actors on stage and the attending audience. Although boundaries separate they also join together. When you find yourself lost in the play, this boundary begins to dissolve. We start to feel included in it all; as if we were apart of it all along.

In Hinduism, the word "Lila" means divine play. It's the space where the underlying powers that be experience the physical world in all its beauty, fun, and playfulness. When we approach our lives from this place, we find the humor in our humanity. These concepts drive my approach to the outer arch, inner arch, X and Y Axis work.

If your life is a play, then you are the director, symphony, choreographer, usher, and ultimately the main actor. This is the play of your life and this is your performance. Who's in the front row? Who made it to the first act but left too early? And who's in the rafters throwing popcorn at you while you perform?

Working with me is a journey back to why we are here. To enjoy. It's the experience of stepping back into your power and choosing how you want to be seen and experienced by the world.

We apply this concept to all Arches and Axises. It' guides and informs us back to our true authentic self.

Returning to the source is stillness. It is returning to one’s fate. Returning to one’s fate is eternal.
